Job Title: Senior Manager – Outreach & Admissions
Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager – Outreach & Admissions to lead student recruitment and outreach initiatives for a premier, UGC-approved private urban university based in Mumbai. The role is focused on driving enrollment growth through strategic relationship management, on-ground outreach, and end-to-end admissions counseling. This is a high-impact position for an education marketing professional with deep roots in the Mumbai academic network.
Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, principals, and career counselors across the Mumbai region.

Event Execution: Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions; represent the institution at major education fairs and exhibitions.

Admissions Funnel Management: Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from initial inquiry and counseling to application guidance and final enrollment.

Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach activities and marketing collaborations.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate prospective student data in CRM systems and provide regular performance reports on conversion rates and outreach trends.

Campus Engagement: Conduct campus tours and information sessions to provide prospective students and parents with detailed program insights.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education marketing.

Regional Expertise: Strong existing network and experience working with schools and educational institutions in the Mumbai region is highly preferred.
