Are you a results-driven sales leader with 5+ years of B2B experience selling solutions directly to schools? Karyarth is urgently seeking a Manager - School Subscriptions (Sales) to join a Leading Global EdTech Platform. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for a candidate ready to take charge of sales execution, revenue targets, and team leadership.

The Mandate: The School Sales Expert
The person in this role must have mandatory prior experience leading a team that successfully sold products or solutions to schools. This is a prerequisite for consideration.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you will own the entire B2B sales cycle for school subscriptions. You will be responsible for converting sales strategy into actionable regional plans while mentoring a small team.

Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to final subscription contract closure.

Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key school leaders, including principals, trustees, and directors.

Deal Execution: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, lead negotiations, and secure subscription contracts.

Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor 2 Sales Associates, overseeing their outreach and follow-up activities to maximize team efficiency.

Strategy & Reporting: Convert business strategy into actionable regional plans. Track pipeline health, maintain CRM dashboards, and provide accurate progress reports.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

Core Experience (MANDATORY): 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically selling EdTech, publishing, or other solutions/products to schools.

Team Leadership: Prior experience in managing and mentoring sales representatives is required.

Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (5+ scale).

Location: Ability to Work from Office in Noida, Sector 142.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and deal closures.

Education: Graduate is mandatory; MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Education is preferred.
