Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Plastic Recycling to drive B2B sales of recycled plastic granules across industrial and commercial markets. This role requires strong domain knowledge in plastic recycling, proven industrial sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
The position is ideal for a young, energetic sales professional who is comfortable with extensive travel and target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules and related products

Identify, approach, and onboard industrial buyers, converters, and recycling partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers

Generate leads through market research, industry networks, and existing contacts

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through effective deal closures

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities

Support business growth through account expansion and repeat business
Eligibility & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5+ years (up to 8+ years preferred) in plastic recycling or related industrial sales

Domain Exposure: Mandatory experience in plastic granules / recycled plastic materials sales

Sales Type: Strong background in B2B industrial sales (B2C exposure is an added advantage)

Age: Between 25–35 years

Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across India
