Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Strategize and drive revenue growth through targeted planning and execution.

Monitor daily/weekly team performance, identify gaps, and execute training and coaching interventions.

Track key sales metrics (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to optimize lead conversion and improve the overall sales funnel.

Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture with a focus on results and continuous learning.

Own the entire sales cycle, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

4+ years of total work experience

Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in managing and mentoring sales teams

Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office.
