Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, experienced, and high-performing Sales Managers to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing EdTech organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong EdTech sales experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving performance and results through team management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Strategize and drive revenue growth through targeted planning and execution.

  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance, identify gaps, and execute training and coaching interventions.

  • Track key sales metrics (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to optimize lead conversion and improve the overall sales funnel.

  • Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture with a focus on results and continuous learning.

  • Own the entire sales cycle, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream.

  • Experience:

    • 4+ years of total work experience

    • Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing and mentoring sales teams

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office.
