Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director to lead sales growth, market expansion, and channel development for innovative technology-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performing sales teams, strengthening distributor and partner networks, and driving revenue across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to ensure strong performance and target achievement.

Identify, onboard, and expand distributor networks, retail partners, and channel sales opportunities.

Drive product visibility, branding, and market penetration across retail and partner locations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.

Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Lead negotiations and closure of high-value business opportunities and partnerships.

Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business growth plans for leadership review.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

Experience in consumer electronics, IoT products, consumer durables, or related industries is preferred.

Strong understanding of channel sales, distribution management, and market expansion strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
