Job Title - Retail Trainer – Styling

Location - Mumbai
🔹 Role involves extensive travel

Experience - 3–5 years overall experience
(Minimum 2 years hands-on Styling experience mandatory)

Compensation - CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Role Overview -

We are looking for a Retail Trainer – Styling who will be responsible for delivering styling-focused training across retail teams. The role requires strong brand understanding, presentation skills, and the ability to translate fashion aesthetics into commercially effective styling stories at store level.

Key Responsibilities -

• Deliver styling training programs for retail teams across locations

• Translate brand identity into practical, market-relevant styling concepts

• Act as the face of the Styling function while conducting trainings

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align styling with business goals

• Support store teams in improving customer experience through styling excellence

• Travel as required to support multiple retail locations

Mandatory Requirements -

• 3–5 years total experience with minimum 2 years in hands-on Styling

• Strong styling background from established fashion brands or e-commerce styling teams

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

• Strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and storytelling ability

• Confident, poised personality with the ability to represent the Styling vertical

Preferred Background -

• Experience with premium or established fashion brands

• Exposure to central styling functions or large-scale styling operations

• Airline background combined with a Styling career is highly preferred

• Store Managers with luxury brand experience and prior training exposure may be considered (secondary option only)

Not Suitable For -

• Candidates from Visual Merchandising (VM) only backgrounds without hands-on styling exposure

Ideal Candidate Traits -

• Credible, proactive, and polished personality

• Comfortable with frequent travel

• Strong trainer mindset with commercial orientation
