Reports to: Executive Director – Outreach & Admissions
Level 2 Reporting: Co-Founder & Executive President

Travel: Extensive regional travel required

Job Summary

The Regional Head – Channel Partner Network is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the channel partner ecosystem within the assigned region. The role focuses on strengthening existing partnerships, onboarding high‑quality new partners, driving PG (MBA and other postgraduate programs) and B.Tech admissions, ensuring partner engagement, and delivering enrolment targets. This position requires strong leadership, market intelligence, partner management skills, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver regional admission targets for PG and B.Tech programs.
  • Drive conversions through a structured and high-performing channel partner network.

Channel Partner Management

  • Manage and strengthen existing channel partners to ensure engagement, productivity, and long-term relationships.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new high-potential partners across major cities and feeder markets.

Partner Communication & Escalation Handling

  • Act as the primary escalation point for partners regarding admissions processes, eligibility, scholarships, offers, and operational issues.

Engagement & Activation

  • Execute regional partner engagement initiatives such as partner meets, training sessions, campus visits, information sessions, and roadshows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing and central admissions teams to align campaigns, lead flow, and partner enablement activities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor partner-wise conversions, pipeline health, performance metrics, and student quality.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Compliance & Market Intelligence

  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, compliance norms, brand guidelines, and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Provide insights on competition, pricing, scholarships, market trends, and student preferences.

Skills, Qualities & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of higher education admissions (PG and Engineering preferred).
  • Experience managing large channel partner or agent networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, admissions dashboards, and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, track funnels, and drive conversions.

Additional Information
