Job Overview

The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, vendors, and building management teams to ensure successful office expansion and infrastructure setup. The role requires strong project execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience in workspace planning and office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and building/facilities management.

Office Expansion Planning

Collaborate with leadership teams on office layout planning, space utilization, and infrastructure design finalization.

Infrastructure & Fit-Out Management

Coordinate construction activities, workspace setup, utilities, and infrastructure requirements to ensure timely project delivery.

Project Execution

Ensure smooth execution of office expansion activities within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Progress Monitoring

Track project milestones, monitor deliverables, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Vendor & Dependency Management

Facilitate discussions with external vendors and resolve project dependencies proactively.

Workspace Setup

Oversee planning and setup of workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, and utilities.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to building regulations, workplace safety standards, and infrastructure compliance requirements.

Risk Management

Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.

Operational Handover

Support smooth operational transition and final project handover to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 4 – 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in office expansion, infrastructure, or workspace setup projects.

Core Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work within tight timelines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution focus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with building management or facilities teams.

  • Exposure to corporate office fit-outs and workspace infrastructure planning.
