Job Title: Product Sales Specialist (Closer)

Role Overview

The Product Sales Specialist (Closer) is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm and qualified leads into paid enrollments through value-driven conversations. This role requires strong communication, high learning agility, emotional resilience, and a deep alignment with the company’s mission.

This is not a transactional sales role. The individual is expected to act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with qualified prospects.

  • Convert warm/inbound leads into paid enrollments through need-based selling.

  • Own the complete sales cycle from first conversation to closure.

  • Handle objections with confidence, empathy, and logical reasoning.

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow structured follow-up processes.

  • Consistently meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handovers.

Experience Criteria

  • Closers: Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative / inside / B2C sales.

  • Prior experience in education, EdTech, or career advisory sales is preferred.
