Role Overview
The Product Sales Specialist (Closer) is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm and qualified leads into paid enrollments through value-driven conversations. This role requires strong communication, high learning agility, emotional resilience, and a deep alignment with the company’s mission.
This is not a transactional sales role. The individual is expected to act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultative sales conversations with qualified prospects.

Convert warm/inbound leads into paid enrollments through need-based selling.

Own the complete sales cycle from first conversation to closure.

Handle objections with confidence, empathy, and logical reasoning.

Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow structured follow-up processes.

Consistently meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.

Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handovers.
