Role Overview
As a Presales cum Telesales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for educators seeking to transform their careers. You'll combine the art of relationship building with the science of sales, helping teachers understand how globally recognized courses can unlock international opportunities while setting up qualified meetings for senior counselors.
This isn't just about hitting numbers—you're literally changing lives, one conversation at a time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Conversation: Conduct high-impact cold calls and warm outreach to prospective educators, turning initial interest into genuine engagement
- Become the Product Expert: Develop deep technical knowledge of globally accredited courses and international teaching opportunities to guide educators effectively
- Qualify & Counsel: Engage with potential customers, identify their career aspirations and pain points, provide initial counseling, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to senior counselors
- Drive Results: Set up qualified meetings via telecalling for closers while maintaining excellent rapport to improve show-up rates
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to track leads daily, manage your pipeline, and achieve monthly targets that unlock fast-track growth opportunities
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of education industry trends and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new growth strategies
- Customer Success: Follow up post-engagement to collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, and generate referrals
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or high customer-interaction roles
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written English skills with clear articulation and confident communication across calls, video calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities with proven track record of working within deadlines
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Documents and CRM systems
- Educational Background: Graduate from any stream
- Age: Below 30 years
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 15 days notice period)
