Job Title: Overseas Admission Senior Sales Manager (Study Abroad)
Function: Study Abroad
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Study Abroad domain/background mandatory)
CTC: Upto ₹18–20 LPA + 7 LPA (INCENTIVES)

Role Overview
The Overseas Admission Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end study abroad admissions for Indian students. The role includes team leadership, university coordination, visa compliance oversight, and achieving high admission and visa conversion targets.
This is a delivery-driven leadership role requiring strong domain expertise in international admissions and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Target Ownership

Lead and manage a team of 10–15 country counselors/coaches.

Drive monthly and annual admission and visa targets at team and individual levels.

Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of counseling.
Admissions & Visa Compliance

Oversee application review, documentation accuracy, and submission timelines.

Ensure compliance with country-specific visa requirements and regulations.

Handle escalations related to visa refusals, documentation gaps, or complex cases.
University & Partner Coordination

Build and maintain strong working relationships with international universities and institutions.

Coordinate closely on admission criteria, timelines, and offer management.
Market & Policy Awareness

Stay updated on immigration rules, education policies, and study abroad market trends.

Translate policy changes into actionable guidance for the team.
Student Experience Management

Resolve student escalations and ensure high service quality standards.

Maintain professionalism, transparency, and trust throughout the admission journey.
Reporting & Documentation

Ensure accurate record-keeping of applications, visas, offers, and enrollments.

Maintain reporting discipline and data accuracy across the team.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in Study Abroad admissions (mandatory).

Strong experience in international student recruitment and visa processing.

Proven team-handling experience with target accountability.

Hands-on knowledge of major study destinations and visa procedures.
Performance Expectations (Key Parameters)

Minimum 40 visas per counselor per year.

320–400 visas annually at manager level with a team of 8–10 counselors.

Consistent achievement of monthly and yearly admission & visa targets.

High compliance, documentation accuracy, and process adherence.
