Individual Contributor Role | Remote Work | Night Shift

Role Overview

Position: Online Business Manager
Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in India)
Schedule: Night shift - US business hours
Timing Options:

  • 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST, or
  • 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST
    Duration: Monday to Friday

As an Online Business Manager, you'll support key executives and businesses by managing operational tasks in a remote environment. You'll handle projects, conduct research, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Research & Documentation

  • Conduct online research and create summarized reports for business decision-making
  • Prepare documentation and presentations as needed

Data Management

  • Handle data collection, cleaning, and validation across various databases
  • Create MIS reports and maintain data accuracy
  • Generate insights from collected information

Lead Generation & CRM Support

  • Find quality leads using online platforms and tools
  • Upload and manage lead information in CRM systems
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives

Project Coordination

  • Work with executives and vendors on ongoing projects and events
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Facilitate communication between different stakeholders

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to executives
  • Handle scheduling, email management, and other support tasks as assigned

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (or 5+ years work experience)
  • Stable career progression with consistent employment history

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Structure

Monthly Compensation: ₹65,000 - ₹75,000 (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
  • Fixed US business hours (choose between the two timing options)

Stage 3: Interview & Final Steps (2-3 days)

  • One-on-one interview with hiring team
  • Background verification process
