Key Accounts Specialist – Premium Key Accounts (Fintech/Payments)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a track record of managing high-value relationships in the Fintech or Payments space? Karyarth is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Specialist to join the Sales Department of our high-growth client across major metropolitan areas. This is a critical role focused on driving revenue and managing premium merchant partnerships.

About the Role & Objective

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused specialist to manage and grow relationships with premium and high-value merchants. The primary objective is to drive new acquisitions, ensure smooth onboarding, and maximize the usage of EDC devices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and successfully close high-value merchant accounts for EDC installations. Focus on premium businesses such as hospitals, hotels, large retailers, luxury outlets, and service providers.

  • Account Management & Retention: Act as the single point of contact for assigned key merchants. Drive activation and consistent usage of terminals post-deployment.

  • Field Execution: Conduct regular market visits for lead generation, onboarding, KYC completion, and device deployment. Conduct merchant training and awareness on product features.

  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales and activation targets (TPV, device retention, etc.).


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development in the payments, banking, fintech, or related field.

  • MANDATORY: Previous experience in EDC Sales from companies like Pine Labs, Razorpay, or MSwipe (Fintech experience is essential).

  • Education: Graduate is mandatory.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage fieldwork, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.


Hiring Process

  • Interview Mode: Assessment round followed by 3 Rounds of Formal Interviews (2 rounds of Business Interviews + 1 HR Round).
