Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) to build, manage, and expand a strong network of Channel Partners within assigned micro-markets. This is a field-based role focused on partner engagement, relationship management, and driving business through channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a Channel Partner (CP) network in assigned locations

  • Drive sales and business opportunities through Channel Partners

  • Conduct regular meetings with existing and new CPs to ensure engagement

  • Activate, retain, and support CPs for consistent business generation

  • Identify and onboard suitable CPs aligned with business objectives

  • Maximize business output from active CPs

  • Support CPs with project information, coordination, and site visits

  • Assist in organizing CP workshops, events, and activation programs

  • Handle and resolve CP-related issues or escalations effectively

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • Stability: Minimum 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred

  • Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Mobility: Two-wheeler / self-vehicle mandatory

  • Work Style: Comfortable with field-based, on-ground execution

  • Industry Exposure: Experience in channel sales or real estate preferred
