Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) to build, manage, and expand a strong network of Channel Partners within assigned micro-markets. This is a field-based role focused on partner engagement, relationship management, and driving business through channel sales.
Key Responsibilities

Build and grow a Channel Partner (CP) network in assigned locations

Drive sales and business opportunities through Channel Partners
-
Conduct regular meetings with existing and new CPs to ensure engagement
-
Activate, retain, and support CPs for consistent business generation
-
Identify and onboard suitable CPs aligned with business objectives
-
Maximize business output from active CPs
-
Support CPs with project information, coordination, and site visits
-
Assist in organizing CP workshops, events, and activation programs
-
Handle and resolve CP-related issues or escalations effectively
Eligibility Criteria
-
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
-
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience
-
Stability: Minimum 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred
-
Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-
Mobility: Two-wheeler / self-vehicle mandatory

Work Style: Comfortable with field-based, on-ground execution

Industry Exposure: Experience in channel sales or real estate preferred
