Job Title: Executive – Investment Banking

Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Executive – Investment Banking to join a premier financial services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing complex financial transactions, including M&A and capital raising, while providing strategic advisory services. This role requires deep financial acumen, the ability to work under strict deadlines, and a strong understanding of capital markets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, and capital raising transactions.

     

     

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to support critical investment decisions.

     

     

  • Perform restatement of financial statements in strict accordance with SEBI ICDR guidelines.

     

     

  • Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal teams, and compliance officers for the preparation and filing of the DRHP.

     

     

  • Prepare high-quality pitch books, investment memos, and client presentations.

     

     

  • Manage documentation and financials for companies pursuing public listing.

     

     

  • Identify new business opportunities and support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.

     

     

  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking sector.

     

     

Eligibility Criteria

 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

 

  • Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory.

     

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and financial modeling software.

  •  

    Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of valuation techniques and deal structuring.

     

  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
