Job Title: Executive – Investment Banking
Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Executive – Investment Banking to join a premier financial services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing complex financial transactions, including M&A and capital raising, while providing strategic advisory services. This role requires deep financial acumen, the ability to work under strict deadlines, and a strong understanding of capital markets.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, and capital raising transactions.

Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to support critical investment decisions.

Perform restatement of financial statements in strict accordance with SEBI ICDR guidelines.

Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal teams, and compliance officers for the preparation and filing of the DRHP.

Prepare high-quality pitch books, investment memos, and client presentations.

Manage documentation and financials for companies pursuing public listing.

Identify new business opportunities and support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.

Monitor industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and financial modeling software.

Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of valuation techniques and deal structuring.
