Job Title: Admission Counsellor – International Sales (AC – International)
Location: Marol , Mumbai (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Certain Saturdays may be given as a week off, based on business feasibility)
Role Type: Individual Contributor – International B2C Sales
Role Overview
The Admission Counsellor – International Sales role focuses on engaging, counselling, and converting international leads for professional and higher-education programs. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, global customer handling, and the ability to close revenue through structured sales conversations across international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel international prospects via calls and virtual interactions regarding career-oriented programs.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead engagement, needs assessment, product pitching, objection handling, and closures.

Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.

Build trust with international learners by acting as a career advisor rather than a transactional seller.

Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in CRM systems.

Follow structured sales processes and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
International Market Coverage & Shift Timings
Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational or assigned international shifts:

APAC: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EMEA: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

NA / US: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
(Shift allocation is based on business requirements.)
Compensation Structure
-
Non-US Market:
-
Fixed CTC: ~₹9 LPA
-
Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA (Uncapped)

Fixed CTC: ₹13 LPA

Eligibility & Experience Requirements

Experience in International Sales / Inside Sales / B2C or B2B Sales is mandatory.

Exposure to EdTech, education consulting, or high-value consultative sales is preferred.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Strong communication skills with international customer handling capability.

Comfort working in night shifts for US/NA markets when required.
