Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Counselor – Hospitality & Soft Skills to drive student enrollment for our specialized training programs. This is a primary Face-to-Face Counseling role focused on understanding student aspirations and guiding them toward successful careers in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in admissions conversion and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Counseling: Conduct in-person sessions for walk-in students and scheduled appointments to guide them on Hospitality and Soft Skill courses.

Admissions Conversion: Take ownership of the enrollment funnel, converting inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions.

Program Guidance: Clearly explain course structures, durations, fee models, certifications, and potential career outcomes to students and parents.

Lead Management: Efficiently manage assigned leads through CRM/MIS systems, ensuring rigorous follow-up to maintain high conversion rates.

Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with parents to build trust, address concerns, and provide clarity on the value of the programs.

Documentation & Support: Assist students with the complete application process, including documentation and coordination with internal teams for enrollment confirmation.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on counseling activities and admission statuses in compliance with organizational SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling or admissions is mandatory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Hospitality or Soft Skills training sectors is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Work Details

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Performance-linked incentives).
