About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales professional to lead strategic sales initiatives across the European market. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Tech Sales or Startup Sales, an established CXO network, and a proven track record of closing enterprise deals ranging from USD 30K to USD 300K.
The role requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, pipeline development, customer success, and executive relationship management while collaborating closely with marketing and leadership teams.
Role Overview: Enterprise Sales & Strategic Business Growth
As a Global Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders, executing integrated sales campaigns, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across European markets.

Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.

Close enterprise deals valued between USD 30K–300K.
Strategic Account Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Personally manage high-value named accounts.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnerships.
Sales & Marketing Alignment

Lead integrated sales and marketing initiatives.

Align campaign execution with revenue objectives.

Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and market penetration.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting

Monitor sales pipeline health and conversion metrics.

Maintain CRM accuracy and optimize sales processes.

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and executive reports.
RFPs & Enterprise Proposals

Manage complex RFPs and enterprise tenders.

Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.

Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring.
Customer Success & Account Growth

Eligibility Criteria
Experience

3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Tech Sales or Startup Sales.

Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles.

Strong track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
