Fleet Manager – Last Mile Logistics (70% Hiring Focus)
Are you an ambitious logistics and operations expert with proven success in managing and hiring large blue-collar teams? Karyarth is urgently seeking a dynamic Fleet Manager to join a Leading E-commerce/Fintech Venture that is revolutionizing digital shopping. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your primary mission is to build, stabilize, and retain the on-ground Delivery Partner fleet across your region.

Role Overview: The Fleet Architect
As a Fleet Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for managing and scaling the on-ground Delivery Partner fleet, ensuring a flawless customer experience. This role is highly field-based and requires exceptional problem-solving skills. Your success is fundamentally tied to your aggressive hiring numbers and maintaining a stable headcount.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Your focus is heavily weighted towards recruitment and retention:
I. Fleet Supply & Hiring (70% Focus)

Recruitment Mandate: Your 70% focus must be on continuous field recruitment and aggressive supply planning to maintain the target active headcount. You must ensure the rider fleet is immediately restored when churn occurs.

Retention: Work closely on the retention of recently hired riders to stabilize the fleet and reduce churn.

Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and extensive training, including explaining incentive models and holiday boosters.
II. Operational Excellence & Compliance (20% Focus)

Compliance: Maintain operational rigor by ensuring Delivery Partners adhere to scheduled login/logout times, are properly dressed, and follow all company protocols.

Execution: Enable streamlined on-ground operations to ensure on-time delivery with the highest reliability.
III. Customer Experience & Dispute Resolution (10% Focus)

Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes, manage customer queries, escalations, and order delays to ensure minimum delivery TAT and a flawless customer experience.

Feedback Loop: Understand key rider pain points and provide optimal solutions.
Mandatory Requirements & Must-Haves

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience is required.

Education: Candidate must hold a degree. (Candidates without a degree will be avoided).

Skills: Mandatory Rider Hiring Experience and technical know-how of Last Mile Metrics.

Language: Fluency in Kannada is a must.

Work Style: Must be willing to go to the field (no strictly desk-based roles). Collaborative and capable of working effectively with large blue-collar teams.
Compensation & Perks

Salary: Max CTC of ₹6 LPA (90% Fixed, 10% Variable Split).

Allowance: ₹300 per day (up to 24 days) provided over and above CTC.
