Karyarth is hiring Business Development Executives / Channel Sales Executives to join a Leading B2B Fintech Marketplace that is revolutionizing home financing across India. This is a high-growth role focused on building and managing a robust channel partner network.

Our mission is to simplify home financing by providing a transparent, fast, and tech-supported platform. We operate as a Fintech Home Loan Marketplace, giving our partners access to loan offers from over 55+ banks and NBFCs on a single platform, eliminating manual processes and speeding up file movement.
Role Overview (Individual Contributor - IC)
This is a dynamic, field-based Individual Contributor role. You will be the primary contact for channel partners, responsible for expanding the company's footprint by acquiring new partners and supporting their business growth using our proprietary technology platform.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential DSAs and Channel Partners from the open market within your assigned territory.

Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to consistently drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics.

Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners, ensuring efficient file login, documentation, and leveraging the tech platform for quick closures.

Target Achievement: Responsible for driving and achieving aggressive monthly sales targets and respective business metrics in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Mandatory Job Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in NBFC, BFSI, or DSA is required, preferably with direct experience in mortgages (Home Loan and LAP).

Sales Acumen: Excellent sales skills, including rapport building, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven "go-getter" attitude.

Logistics: Own conveyance is highly preferred for field execution, and a strong local industry network is an added advantage.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills; fluency in the regional language is a benefit.

Qualification: Minimum graduate from any stream.
