Location: Work From Home
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1.5 Years
Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Delivery Executive to manage end-to-end client coordination, execution tracking, and performance reporting.
This role requires strong ownership, structured communication, and data-driven execution. The selected candidate will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and will be responsible for managing delivery operations from requirement gathering to 90-day retention tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Communication
Act as the Primary Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
Conduct structured requirement-gathering meetings.
Ensure professional, timely, and transparent communication.
Share regular progress updates and performance reports.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
2. Delivery & Project Execution
Coordinate with internal delivery/recruitment teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project timelines, hiring TAT, and milestone adherence.
Ensure timely closure of mandates and proper follow-ups.
Handle escalations and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
3. Hiring Lifecycle & Performance Tracking
Track complete hiring funnel:
Interview → Selection → Offer Letter → Joining → 90-Day Retention
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking sheets.
Monitor conversion ratios at each stage.
Ensure joining confirmations and post-joining follow-ups.
Track 30-60-90 day retention status and update clients accordingly.
4. Data Tracking & Dashboard Management
Create and maintain client dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets).
Share weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain data accuracy and structured documentation.
Analyze trends to improve delivery performance.

The performance of the Delivery Executive will be measured on:
TAT adherence for mandate closures
Offer-to-Joining Ratio
90-Day Retention Rate
Client Satisfaction & Retention Score
Dashboard Accuracy & Reporting Discipline

Repeat Business / Client Expansion Contribution
Candidate Profile
