Compensation & Locations

  • CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed + Performance-linked Incentives).

  • Work Mode: 100% Field Sales / On-site.

  • Locations:Patna,Virar (Mumbai),Bengaluru,Kopargaon,Mohali

Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in School Outreach and Field Sales. In this role, you will be the face of the organization, conducting extensive field visits to build strategic partnerships with schools, principals, and counselors. Your primary objective is to drive student lead generation and admissions through dedicated outreach programs and relationship management within the K-12 and higher education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Outreach: Conduct regular field visits to schools to promote educational offerings and build a strong pipeline of prospective students.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with school administrators, principals, and career counselors.

  • Lead Generation: Execute on-ground outreach activities to generate high-quality student leads and drive them toward the admissions funnel.

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships within the local education ecosystem.

  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets as assigned by the leadership.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of daily field activities, school interactions, and lead status in the company CRM or reporting MIS.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year of proven experience specifically in EdTech Field Sales or School Outreach is mandatory.

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively for school meetings, outreach programs, and educational fairs.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue/admission targets in previous field sales roles.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to secure institutional partnerships.
