Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Travel Requirement: 12–18 days/month (Field Heavy Role)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive partner acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth in the study abroad ecosystem. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, agent network development, and market expansion capabilities.
The candidate will be responsible for onboarding and activating partners, building new markets, and driving student enrollments through partner channels.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential B2B partners and study abroad agents

Drive market expansion through field engagement and relationship building

Develop and manage partner relationships to drive student enrollments

Conduct training sessions, webinars, and partner engagement programs

Ensure strong funnel management and revenue ownership

Track partner performance and ensure consistent activation

Maintain strong sales pipeline visibility and closure discipline

Represent the organization in partner meetings, industry events, and business discussions
