About the Role

Are you a dynamic trainer with a passion for empowering frontline teams in the telecom sector? We’re seeking a Beat Trainer – DTH to lead impactful training initiatives across modern trade outlets and customer premises. This role is pivotal in driving product knowledge, process adherence, and performance excellence across a fast-growing Line of Business (LOB).

As a Knowledge Custodian, you’ll be the go-to expert for training delivery, field enablement, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every team member is equipped to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Execution:
  Conduct T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions for newly hired trainers and facilitate engaging learning experiences.

• Field Training:
  Deliver hands-on training to ISDs (Promoters) at leading retail outlets like Croma, Vijay Sales, and Great Eastern.

• Program Management:
  Plan and execute New Hire Induction Programs (NHIPs) and other training modules across India.

• Performance & Reporting:
  Maintain training databases, prepare review decks, and ensure KPI alignment across teams.

• Process Improvement:
  Conduct regular market visits and identify opportunities for training and operational enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–2+ years in training, preferably in Sales/Retail/DTH (telecom).
• Education: Graduate (BE/B.Tech preferred) or minimum 2-year diploma post-12th.
• Training Skills: Proven experience in classroom, online, and field training formats.
• Team Handling: Ability to manage 15–20 participants in both online and offline settings.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally and outstation as required.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and writing skills.
