What You'll Do

 

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will:

  • Drive Sales & Growth: Engage with prospective learners, present the value of our market-leading programs, and consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide tech professionals in making informed decisions about their careers, serving as a trusted point of contact.

  • Utilize Your Expertise: Leverage your proficiency in sales and your knowledge of the education or upskilling segment to drive conversions.

  • Communicate with Impact: Use your excellent verbal and written English skills to build rapport and articulate the program's benefits with conviction.

 

Who We're Looking For

 

We are seeking a sales professional with:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 6 years of proven sales and business development experience.

  • Industry Background: A strong background in EdTech, upskilling, higher education, or IT solutions is a plus.

  • Education: An undergraduate degree in any stream is required (B.Tech or MBA is preferred).

  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for sales.

  • Ticket Size: Experience handling a ticket size greater than ₹50K is an added advantage.

 

Compensation & Growth

 

  • Salary: A fixed salary between ₹6 LPA - ₹11 LPA, with an average hike of 10-30% on your current fixed salary.
