Role Overview: Aggressive Field Sales & Conversion
This is an Individual Contributor role focused on aggressive sales and target achievement. Your work model requires a blend of desk work (appointment setting) and mandatory fieldwork (school/parent visits). You will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, from initial promotion to final subscription and retention.
Key Responsibilities (Field Sales Focus)

Field & Activation: Visit assigned schools to introduce the platform, execute promotions, and generate leads.

Appointment Setting: Book appointments via calls/desk work before conducting field visits for product demonstrations.

Conversion & Retention: Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers (the core revenue target).

Customer Management: Manage relationships with parents and students, handling the full customer lifecycle through regular check-ins and follow-up calls.

Target Achievement: Expected to demonstrate aggressive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

Experience (MANDATORY): Minimum 6 months of sales experience in EdTech (or education-related field marketing).

Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Work Style: Comfortable with regular field visits, fieldwork, and travel. Must be highly results-oriented and comfortable working with monthly targets.
