Are you an aggressive, target-smashing sales professional with a minimum of 6 months of EdTech experience? Karyarth is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join a Leading AI-Powered Ed-Tech Startup. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) Field Sales role where you will drive enrollment and manage the full customer lifecycle.

Locations: Bangalore & Rohini (Work from Office)
Compensation: Upto ₹8 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months in EdTech/Education sales (MANDATORY)
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)

Role Overview: Aggressive Field Sales & Conversion

 

This is an Individual Contributor role focused on aggressive sales and target achievement. Your work model requires a blend of desk work (appointment setting) and mandatory fieldwork (school/parent visits). You will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, from initial promotion to final subscription and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities (Field Sales Focus)

 

  1. Field & Activation: Visit assigned schools to introduce the platform, execute promotions, and generate leads.

  2. Appointment Setting: Book appointments via calls/desk work before conducting field visits for product demonstrations.

  3. Conversion & Retention: Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers (the core revenue target).

  4. Customer Management: Manage relationships with parents and students, handling the full customer lifecycle through regular check-ins and follow-up calls.

  5. Target Achievement: Expected to demonstrate aggressive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.


 

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Experience (MANDATORY): Minimum 6 months of sales experience in EdTech (or education-related field marketing).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

  • Work Style: Comfortable with regular field visits, fieldwork, and travel. Must be highly results-oriented and comfortable working with monthly targets.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.

  • Mindset: Strong Aggressive Sales Focus and a passion for helping students succeed.
