AI Solution Architect — AI and Data Consulting
Company: A Leading Global Data and AI Experience Company (Confidential)
Location: Washington State, United States (Remote with travel across Washington and Seattle)
Compensation: $200,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience — aligned to market standards)

Our client is a globally recognised Data and AI Experience Company with operations across 10+ countries. They partner with Fortune 500 and enterprise brands across CPG, retail, financial services, and telecommunications to build AI-powered growth platforms — personalization engines, Agentic AI solutions, conversational AI systems, and unified data platforms built on Snowflake and Databricks.
They are expanding into the United States market and building their founding US team. The Solution Architect is one of the most critical roles in this expansion — the person who will lead enterprise AI transformation conversations with Washington's largest companies from day one.
This is not a maintenance or support role. This is a market-building, revenue-driving, client-facing opportunity with a globally backed organisation at the start of their US journey.
The Role
As a Solution Architect, you will work directly with enterprise clients across Washington State and the Greater Seattle area. Your job is to understand their business deeply, identify where AI and data can reduce cost and grow revenue — and then architect and win the engagement.
You are the bridge between complex business problems and practical AI solutions. You do not just implement — you architect the vision, sell the approach, and own the outcome.
What You Will Do
- Meet with CPG and retail enterprise clients across Washington and Seattle to understand their operations, data infrastructure, and business challenges
- Identify high-value opportunities where GenAI, Agentic AI, data platforms, and analytics can deliver measurable business outcomes
- Design and present compelling AI solution architectures tailored to each client's specific needs
- Lead consultative conversations with C-level and senior stakeholders — translate complex AI concepts into clear, quantifiable business value
- Own the full pre-sales and solution design cycle: discovery, proposal, presentation, and closure
- Collaborate with global delivery and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are executable
- Track and communicate outcome metrics: cost savings, KPI improvements, revenue impact — not just implementation milestones
- Build long-term client relationships and grow accounts over time
- Contribute to the US go-to-market strategy and help shape the regional growth playbook
What We Are Looking For
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- US Citizen or Green Card holder — no H1B or visa sponsorship available
- Based in or willing to relocate within Washington State
- 8 to 15 years of experience in data analytics, AI consulting, or solution architecture
- Proven track record of delivering AI or data solutions with measurable business outcomes — cost reduction, KPI improvements, revenue growth
- Strong consultative communication and storytelling skills — CXO-level client conversations
- Hands-on understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI tools in real enterprise environments
- Experience with traditional analytics and visualisation platforms
- Willingness to travel regularly within Washington State and Greater Seattle for client engagements
Highly Preferred
- CPG or retail vertical experience — this is the single strongest differentiator for this role
- Hands-on experience building solutions on Snowflake or Databricks
- KPI optimisation track record using GenAI — demonstrated reduction in key metrics or improvement in conversational AI performance
- Outcome-focused portfolio with specific numbers: percentage improvements, cost savings, revenue impact

Technology and Platform Companies — Client-Facing Roles:
Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft (Data and AI solutions), Amazon Web Services (CPG or retail-focused architects), Google Cloud, DataRobot, Palantir, or similar platforms in client-facing solution or pre-sales architecture roles
Enterprise CPG and Retail — Analytics Leadership:
Candidates who have led analytics or AI initiatives at CPG or retail companies (P&G, Unilever, Starbucks, Costco, Target, Nordstrom, or similar) and are now looking to move to a consulting and client-facing role
