Key Responsibilities

Engage proactively with potential customers through outbound calls.

Counsel students effectively and convert potential leads into successful sales.

Respond promptly to assigned leads and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.

Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Mandatory).

Experience: 0–3 years of experience; a passion for building a career in sales is essential.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Languages: Strong proficiency in English + one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi / Marathi).

Infrastructure: Must have a laptop with functional audio/video capabilities.

Competencies: Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Compensation

Probation (3 Months): ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Stipend).

Post-Probation: Up to ₹6 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable).

Incentives: Lucrative performance-based structure ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per sale based on Average Selling Price (ASP).
Location
HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office).
