Job Title: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales)

Role Overview

We are hiring an Academic Counselor to be at the forefront of driving revenue, guiding students, and representing a leading educational mission with passion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with potential customers through outbound calls.

  • Counsel students effectively and convert potential leads into successful sales.

  • Respond promptly to assigned leads and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable course recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory).

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience; a passion for building a career in sales is essential.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in English + one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi / Marathi).

  • Infrastructure: Must have a laptop with functional audio/video capabilities.

  • Competencies: Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Compensation

  • Probation (3 Months): ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Stipend).

  • Post-Probation: Up to ₹6 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable).

  • Incentives: Lucrative performance-based structure ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per sale based on Average Selling Price (ASP).

Location

HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office).
