Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–6 years of hands-on hiring experience who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment. The role requires someone who is proactive, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and can thrive in a dynamic startup setup.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Hardware, Software, Embedded, Operations, Corporate roles, etc.)
● Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
● Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules
● Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer closure
● Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining coordination
● Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS data
● Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, referral drives, campus hiring support, etc.)
● Assist with onboarding coordination and basic HR operations as needed
Requirements
● 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
● Experience hiring for technical roles is highly preferred
● Strong sourcing and screening skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
● Comfortable handling multiple open positions simultaneously
● High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
