Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent to meet its strategic goals. This position is responsible for overseeing the hiring process and enhancing the employer brand to appeal to top quality candidates. You are needed to partner with service line heads to understand hiring needs, improve recruitment efficiency and build a robust talent pipeline. This role also involves managing a team of recruiters, analyzing recruitment metrics and ensuring compliance, all while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Build a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.

• Monitor, analyze and report on recruitment metrics. Use data insights to optimize recruitment processes

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters

• Optimize vendor and RPO utilization

• Take ownership of campus recruitment Desired Skills:

• Deep understanding of the hiring process

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related tools.

• Positive attitude and Agility

• Strong team management skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics

What are we looking for:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA/PGDM is preferred.
