Details/Scope of the project: Coordinate L3 operations for routing and API Gateway platforms Ensure SLA compliance for incident triage and escalation Oversee traffic migration milestones and deployment schedules Provide reporting (weekly status, monthly dashboards, quarterly analysis) Act as escalation and coordination point between company engineering and offshore teams
Reason for opening this role: To provide operational leadership and coordination as Company migrates to a new API Gateway and scales routing operations
Team Technical Stack: API Gateway (Kong) Routing and load balancing systems PagerDuty (incident mgmt) Linux, security patching, certificate management
