JD - Manager – Quality Role (Budget 16 LPA)

Description

Responsible to develop, implement and maintain QMS & ISMS Standard requirementsdev and implementation exp must , customer requirements, Organization requirements & other statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Experience in ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100:2016, ISO 27001:2022 any of these mandatory process development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality / Information Security Management System.
•  Experience in Re-Surveillance or Recertification of standards in company,ISO9001 / AS9100 D knowledge.mandtaory
• Awareness of Qualification testing involved in an aerospace industry.pref
• Support and manage CEMILAC / DGQA project quality requirements and documentation
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards and acceptance criteria (all classes).pref
• Exposure to Internal/External audits and ensuring adherence to process/standard requirements.
• Experience in preparing new processes, procedures, templates/forms in line with function specific requirements.
• Experience in Risk Management process, implementation and maintaining Risk Management Frameworks.
• Experience in developing new KPI’s, collection of process specific metrics, consolidation, analysis, reporting with action items.
• Conduct Customer satisfaction survey, review responses, submission of action items for improvement in coordination with process owners and verify effectiveness of implementation.
• Coordinate Qualification testing  (ESS,EMI-EMC,Soft) and related quality verification activities
• Generating project health reports (MIS) and facilitate Management Review meetings.
• Conduct awareness and training sessions for associates on Quality Management System.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on matters of concerns and provides recommendations for resolving quality/process related issues.
• Experience in performing effective root cause analysis (RCA) using various tools & techniques (e.g., 8D) along with concerned process owners.
• Support customer audits, Supplier audits, assessments, and related documentation.
• Pref Having exposure on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is added advantage.

• Eligibility

• BE / B. Tech/Dip in Electronics Eng. or a similar subject is required.
• Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience required in QMS / ISMS implementation
• Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & AS 9100)pref
• Good Understanding of QMS, ISMS
• Ample experience in writing policies and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in conducting Root cause analysis and Corrective Actionsmandatory . Guide Project teams and support Teams in identifying RCA.
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with key stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
• Mandatory Hands-on experience in auditing and writing reports & Risk Management
