QA Lead (Python Automation & CI/CD)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with a minimum of 8 years in quality assurance, specializing in Python-based automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the SDLC, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
• Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Python as a primary language for test automation.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, BDD, Cucumber).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD tools and concepts (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Solid experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
