In your new role you will:
-Automate the testing of software tools to identify and report defects
-Develop scripts to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve testing efficiency
-Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions
-Debug and identify problems in the provided methodology and tools for future improvement
You successfully meet the requirements, if you have a background Computer Science, Electronics engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
- Working knowledge in Linux OS
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl or C++
-Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-Basic knowledge of software development tools (Jira, Jenkins, Git, etc.) is advantageous
-Basic electronics knowledge of IC design is advantageous
