Details/Scope of the project: Manage routing configuration changes and validate deployments Support API traffic migration to new Kong-based gateway Provide 24/7 incident triage and escalation with 15-min SLA for P1 issues Perform patching, certificate rotations, and compliance tasks Contribute to post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and runbook updates
Reason for opening this role: To provide hands-on operational capacity for company Routing and API Gateway migration and to ensure SLA-driven support
Team Technical Stack: API Gateway (Kong) Routing & load balancing platforms PagerDuty (incident mgmt) Linux OS patching, monitoring dashboards
Must have skills for this role: Strong routing and API Gateway knowledge Incident response and troubleshooting Deployment validation and rollback procedures Compliance and vulnerability management experience
What are the soft skills required: Clear communication in incident handling Ability to work in rotating shifts/on-call Problem-solving under pressure Team collaboration and knowledge sharing
