This role requires exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.

You will act as a strategic advisor on human resource management and organizational transformation for the segment.

 

What You Will Do

  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and build trusted, effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on human resource management and organizational transformation for the segment.
  • Lead key talent initiatives, including retention, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Assess capability development needs across teams and individuals and evaluate learning initiatives in partnership with business and learning stakeholders.
  • Bring relevant experience in compensation and rewards to support effective talent decisions.
  • Strengthen employee relations through effective grievance resolution, sound policy guidance, and meaningful engagement initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, sensitivity, and effectiveness.
  • Leverage HR trends and metrics to generate insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and insights to support leadership discussions and informed decision-making.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, build morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Design and execute forward-looking HR programs and strategies that support business priorities.
  • Anticipate segment priorities and challenges, respond proactively, collaborate across functions, and remain current on industry trends and best practices.

 

What You Will Need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate qualification in business or human resources is preferred.
  • 10–12 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with strong expertise in performance management and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and mentoring teams.

 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
