Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive recruitment plans to fulfill the talent needs of the organization, aligning with business objectives.
- Creative Recruitment: Innovate recruitment strategies by using creative sourcing techniques, such as social media campaigns, talent pools, referral programs, and recruitment events, to attract diverse talent.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for corporate roles across functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations).
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote employer branding initiatives and create a strong employer value proposition in the talent market.
- Negotiation: Lead salary and offer negotiations with candidates, balancing organizational constraints with candidates' expectations to secure the best talent while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their expectations.
- Vendor Management: Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-backed improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Job Diva, Sixth sense.
- Expertise in offer negotiation and compensation strategies to ensure competitive and fair packages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving corporate environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
- Proficiency in data analytics and recruitment metrics reporting.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
