Junior Commercial Manager (Hea Job/ 220)

Responsibilities/ authority-

• Assure the fulfilment of ORM–Directive, Compliance and any other internal rules and laws in all business.

• Be actively and early involved in sales & quotation activities

• Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders.

Requirements of training and work experience

• Master’s degree in business / economics / finance / law or similar education • Minimum 8-15 years’ Experience in Commercial, Foreign Trade Transactions, FEMA /Trade Finance function / Project Finance function / Commercial Management function with international and Cross-Trade Export experience • Tools: Microsoft Office, SAP

Deep understanding of relevant contract law, finance and commercial aspects as well as FEMA, international contract management • Creating, interpreting and applying contracts in an autonomous way in negotiations with customers based on Bühler standards. • Good English communication skills – oral and written. • Business Knowledge: Good understanding of major value drivers of customer P&L and customer’s decision process for capital goods investments.
