Chief of Staff (Hea Job/ 248)

Role Overview:
This role requires exceptional problem-solving ability, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. A strong background in defence, R&D-led environments, engineering, finance, or project monitoring is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support:
- Work closely with the CEO to define, monitor, and execute organizational strategy.
- Drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals.
- Prepare strategic insights, reports, presentations, and decision-support documents.
2. Program & Project Governance:
- Track progress of critical projects and maintain dashboards, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, and delivery functions.
- Support establishment and monitoring of KPIs, OKRs, and governance cadences.
3. Executive Decision Enablement:
- Lead strategic research, benchmarking, and industry intelligence for defence, technology, and hardware sectors.
- Support board communication, investor updates, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Streamline communication between the CEO and internal teams to enhance transparency and execution.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, track decisions, and ensure accountability.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Mentor, guide, and support teams with planning, documentation, and execution.
- Engage with government agencies, defence partners, consortiums, and technology councils when required.
