Role Overview
The company is looking for an Brand and Content Specialist to build and scale our brand across digital channels, tell powerful stories of impact, and grow a community around accessible assistive technology.
This role combines storytelling, performance marketing, and community building to drive awareness, leads, and engagement for a high-impact health-tech brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Storytelling: Turn everyday patient, partner, and product moments into compelling stories aligned with our brand narrative and promise. Identify, capture, and present story-worthy moments that communicate the company’s purpose, innovation, and impact.
- Copywriting: Write high-conversion copy for ads, landing pages, emailers, video scripts, and sales/marketing collateral.
- Performance Marketing: Own and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive qualified leads and measurable growth.
- Community Building: Build and manage online and offline communities through engaging content, virtual activities, and in-person meetups.
- Performance Optimising: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CAC, conversion) and run experiments to improve performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership, clinical, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills across short-form and long-form formats.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing/growth /performance marketing roles (startup or health-tech experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience managing Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad accounts end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and data-driven optimisation.
- Experience in community building or managing engaged online audiences.
- Self-starter mindset, comfort with ownership, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
