Join us as a Social Media Coordinator. You will serve as our on-the-ground operational anchor in a key growth market, absorbing administrative friction and streamlining global workflows. You will manage content pipelines, optimize project management tools, and ensure our global social media machine runs with peak efficiency.
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing and triaging the incoming intake queue for global social content requests

Coordinating and scheduling publishing pipelines across corporate channels

Formatting and managing content submissions for our employee advocacy platform

Supporting global operational excellence through asset organization, campaign documentation, and content tagging

Utilizing project management tools to track efficiencies and optimize workflows for submitters and triagers

To be successful in this role, you will:

 Have 1–3 years of experience in social media coordination, marketing operations, or corporate project management

 Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with ticketing and project management systems

 Possess exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail in asset management and workflow tracking.

 Display excellent communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones
