We are hiring for a leadership role with, India’s largest producer of aluminium and zinc die-casting alloys, serving leading automotive and industrial clients across the globe.
Position:
Head – Sales & Marketing (Billet Business)
Designation: Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM / GM
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans for billet business growth
✅ Drive domestic and international business development initiatives
✅ Lead key account management and strengthen customer relationships
✅ Identify new market opportunities across OEMs, foundries, and industrial sectors
✅ Manage export sales strategy and overseas client engagement
✅ Lead and mentor high-performing sales & marketing teams
✅ Execute branding, lead generation, and marketing campaigns
✅ Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and market trends
Candidate Profile:
✔ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
✔ Engineering qualification preferred
✔ Strong exposure in Aluminium Billets / Metals / Auto Component industry
✔ Mandatory export market experience in metals/aluminium billets
✔ Proven experience in international business development and global client handling
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
✔ Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing preferred
✔ Stable career track record preferred
