QA Automation Cypress (RARR Job 4611)

Role Description

1. Connect with stakeholders to understand project purpose and functional requirements.
2. Functional, automation and API testing of different web and mobile applications.
3. Setup Automation suite based on requirements, business cases and User stories.
4. Convert manual test cases into WEB automation scripts.
5. Perform regression testing for Manual and mobile automation cases.
6. Provide efforts and estimations based on scope of work.
7. Design documentation of automated process.
8. Prepare test reports, and defect review with required stakeholders.
9. Keen to learn and support testing of mobile applications as per business needs.
10. Ready to perform with Agile and V-model.

Mandatory Skills

1. Experience in Designing and implementing different Web Test Automation frameworks.
2. Must have experience in Java or JavaScript.
3. Experience of Functional testing of different web applications and Native (iOS and Android) mobile applications.
4. Experience in developing web automated test scripts and frameworks for improved app performance.
5. 2-3 Years experience in Software Automation testing using Cypress automation tools.
6. Experience in creating Test cases/test scripts and execution of Test scripts.
7. Experience in API Testing (Rest and SOAP).
8. Experience in using configuration management or version control tools.
9. Experience in creating traceability report, Defect reports.
10. Proficient in written and spoken English.

1. Data verification/validation across MySQL and SQL DBs as per business need.
2. Strive and learn new tools and technologies.
3. Experienced in e-commerce domain.
4. Experienced in working with Agile teams.
5. NoSQL database knowledge e.g. Mongo DB.
