Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive and exceed sales targets and business objectives for the entire assigned zone.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand the market for Cardio-diabetes focus products.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a large field force, including 4-6 Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), overseeing roughly 70-100 people.
  • KOL & CRM Management: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics: Coordinate stock transfers, indenting, and C&F (Clearing and Forwarding) operations to ensure product availability.
  • Bridge to Head Office: Act as the primary point of communication between field operations and the Head Office.
  • Team Development: Drive team motivation, ensure an ethical work culture, handle hiring, manage attrition, and conduct regular performance reviews.
