JOB DESCRIPTION :
·Reviewing, evaluating & the effectiveness of training interventions & making appropriate recommendations Developing process & procedures for effective roll out of training initiatives /modules.
·Designing metrics for evaluating the impact of training programs Institutionalizing a 2 way feedback mechanism to gauge the effectiveness of training interventions.
·Continuous evaluation of techniques to identify training needs, implement training programmes to meet specific needs of sales team and serve the overall company. On the job field coaching for improving in clinic effectiveness.
·Evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives to ensure that they meet with the sales management and company requirements and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
·Determining relevant training and development needs of the Medical Representatives and ways of addressing those needs.
·Developing a customized curriculum for the field force to impact colleagues in clinic effectiveness Rolling out ready reckoners to prime the field for new product launches .
Desirer Skill Required:
Candidate needs to possess good
1. Good Product Knowledge in therapeutic segments like Cardio/ Diabeto/ Bone and Joint/ Antinfectives / Gynecology/ Gastroenterology/ Respiratory with Experience of Training in Multinational Company and coaching skills . 2. Good Verbal and written Communication Skills
3. Good Presentation and Facilitation Skills
4. Coaching Skills
5. Tech Savvy Skills
Qualification: B Pharm/M Pharm/B.Sc
Experience: 7-8 years’ experience in Pharma Sales as first/second line Manager in Multinational company or Regional Training Manager in Multinational company and experience in Training
Age: Should be less than 35 years
