Job Summary:
The RSM for the Dental Division will be responsible for promoting and selling dental-related pharmaceutical and healthcare products to dentists, dental colleges, and dental distributors. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key dental professionals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell dental-related pharma products (e.g., anesthetics, oral care products, dental materials, etc.) to dentists, clinics, and hospitals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.

Identify new customers, business opportunities, and market trends within the dental segment.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities to dental practitioners and institutions.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth in the assigned territory.

Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback to the marketing team.

Ensure timely collection of payments and manage stock levels with distributors.

Participate in dental conferences, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Dental, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of sales experience in the pharma or dental industry (experience in dental product sales preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and target achievement.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
