Marketing Manager Role
Porfolio : 250 Cr
Reporting : BU Head
Team : 6ppl
1. Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan , build KOL, in order to achieve the market share, sales targets and profits for allocated portfolio .
2. Design and pretest promotional tools, sell and educate promotional strategy to field force, monitor and review promotions in order to drive market share and sales in allocated portfolio.
3. Analyse training needs, liaise with medical team, design and conduct training programs in order to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and sales skills.
4. Liaise with Production and Distribution, respond to queries of field staff and medical practitioner, prepare and submit monthly reports in order to provide timely accurate information.
5. Analyse market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan in order to launch new products to increase market share.
6. Document and submit reports and learning on all marketing activities.
7. Liaise with packing and production departments to explore opportunities and avenues to reduce cost of goods in order to improve bottom line.
