Position-Lead –Tele Caller
Location: Mumbai-Powai
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Inside Sales for our
growing inside sales team based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant
experience in inside sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability
to drive sales performance, mentor team members, and optimize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership & Management:
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–12 tele callers.
○ Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and monitor team productivity.
○ Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
● Sales Strategy & Execution:
○ Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets.
○ Ensure consistent pipeline development through outbound calling, query
resolution, objection handling, and CRM utilization.
● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
○ Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
○ Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
● Reporting & Analytics:
○ Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
○ Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
○ Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
● Process Improvement:
○ Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for greater efficiency and
conversion.
○ Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 3–6 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
● At least 1 year in a team leadership role.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
