Key Responsibilities for KAM/Sales (Critical Care):

  • Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, setting monthly targets for territories to achieve overall regional targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with doctors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and institutions.
  • Market Expansion & Coverage: Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and ensure effective coverage of territories by the sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor field staff (Medical Representatives/Area Sales Managers), conducting joint calls and field visits to drive performance.
  • Commercial Operations: Gather information on hospital budgets, tenders, inquiries, and rate approvals to drive product consumption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales figures, analyze market trends, and conduct regular performance reviews and cycle meetings.
