Product Specialist (ASM / KAM)

HQ : Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore

Requirement:

Objective: Histaglobulin continues to require significant awareness and conceptual understanding among HCPs. To accelerate this, a specialised field task force is proposed for major cities to drive in-clinic discussions and establish the brand’s clinical relevance.  

Qualification:

• Only B. Pharm graduates
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharma Sales from Top 10 pharma companies (India/MNCs)
• Respiratory, Derma experience only
• Good communication skills, proficient in English
• High scientific acumen

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build immunotherapy concept for the management of chronic allergy
• Drive brand concept through in-clinic engagements with HCPs
• Drive ex-clinic activations (Workshops, CMEs etc.) along with existing sales force
• Working closely with MSLs on critical accounts
• Opportunity mapping/HCPs Survey
• Field working days: 20; Admin days: 2

Reporting:

• Reporting structure: Direct reporting to HO with dotted line to ZBM

Coverage:

• PAN HQ + Ex-stations

110 Customers; twice in a month (inclusive of high potential with low/zero penetration HCPs/accounts)
